Refund & Cancellation Policy

Valid in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and worldwide. · Last updated: June 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") is part of the contract between you and V.R.A LLC ("VRA", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA (File No. 4184944). It explains how you can cancel your subscription to VRA Cloud (the "Service") and when you can request a refund.

Read this Policy together with our Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict, the Terms of Service prevail, except for non-waivable consumer rights, which always take precedence (see Section 5).

Quick summary: the Service is a recurring subscription. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. Renewals are non-refundable, but you stay in control by cancelling before they occur. Consumers in the EU, UK, Australia, Canada, and the US retain additional non-waivable statutory rights, which apply alongside this Policy.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

1.1 Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

1.2 How to cancel. You can cancel at any time via your account, your Whop purchase dashboard, or by emailing support@vralabltd.com from the address on your order.

1.3 Effect of cancelling. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period (see Section 2 and 3).

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment)

2.1 As a goodwill standard, VRA offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment, regardless of where you live. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that first charge for a full refund of that payment.

2.2 How the window is counted. The window starts on the day your first payment is successfully received and confirmed, and ends at 23:59 (UTC) on the 14th day.

2.3 Renewals. Charges for automatic renewals after the first period are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time (Section 1) to prevent the next renewal. Where required by applicable law, statutory refund or withdrawal rights continue to apply in addition to this Policy (Section 5).

3. How to Request a Refund

One channel only: refund requests must be submitted by email to support@vralabltd.com. Requests via chat, social media, phone, or any other channel will not be processed. Your email must include: full name of the purchaser; order or invoice number; date of purchase; the email used at purchase; and a brief description of the reason. We acknowledge requests within a reasonable time and keep you informed of progress.

4. When We May Decline a Refund

Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion. We may decline where: (a) the request relates to a renewal rather than the first payment, and the 14-day first-payment window does not apply; (b) you have materially breached our Terms of Service; (c) you have used the Service in violation of the Acceptable Use rules in our Terms or EULA; (d) there is reasonable evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeat refund abuse; (e) the request is based purely on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes that depend on your own actions (the Service is a tool; we do not guarantee specific results); or (f) the subscription was purchased under a clearly marked non-refundable promotion or final-sale offer. Where a refund is declined, you still retain any non-waivable rights granted by your local consumer-protection law.

5. Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Important: if you are a Consumer, you may have additional rights under the law of your country. These apply alongside our voluntary policy and cannot be removed by anything here.

5.1 EU & EEA. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU you generally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 calendar days. Where the Service begins immediately upon purchase, the statutory right may be lost once supply has begun, provided you gave prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of the right. Even then, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee still applies. Send withdrawal notices to support@vralabltd.com.

5.2 United Kingdom. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation right with the same loss-of-right rules for digital services.

5.3 Australia. The Service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

5.4 Canada. You retain all rights under federal and provincial consumer-protection law. Quebec residents may request a French-language version of this Policy at support@vralabltd.com.

5.5 United States. You retain all rights under applicable federal law (including the FTC Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) and the consumer-protection law of your state of residence.

6. Approved Refunds — Processing

6.1 Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment; we cannot refund to a different account, card, or person.
6.2 We process approved refunds within a reasonable time and, where required by law, within the statutory deadline (e.g. 14 calendar days for EU/UK cooling-off refunds). Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to credit your account.
6.3 Where permitted by law, we may deduct payment-processor fees, currency-conversion losses, or taxes we cannot recover. Where prohibited by law, we will not make such deductions.
6.4 Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and you must cease use of the Service.

7. Payments & Merchant of Record

Payments for VRA Cloud are processed by our merchant of record, Whop; where a purchase is processed through FanBasis, FanBasis acts as the merchant of record for that transaction. The merchant of record appears on your statement and handles payment processing and applicable tax; the underlying service is supplied by V.R.A LLC. Refunds and cancellations are handled in line with this Policy and the merchant of record's buyer terms.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact support@vralabltd.com first — we will respond promptly and work in good faith to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your access. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory right to dispute a transaction.

9. Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the most recent version will indicate the "Last Updated" date. For all refund and cancellation requests: V.R.A LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA — support@vralabltd.com (subject line: "Refund Request — [order number]").
